Many people have wondered how I came up with my name, and I don't blame them :P. So here goes. (in a nutshell)
In 2010, back when I played RuneScape, I was in a clan/team. We were a specialized clan who were experts at 'PvP' (Player vs. Player), and the name of my clan leader was Ozank. Another co leader was called Cannk. We all became close friends and I became one of the co leaders of the clan.
However, eventually, the clan disbanded and it saddened me very much, but I remember my clan leader and decided to name myself on Wikia after him. (And now, the co leader) I do remember him saying that he was Dutch (from The Netherlands). It's also a unique name too, as I have been told by other contributors xD. (Both Ozank and Cannk)

I joined Wikia back in 2011, on July 16. The first wiki I joined was the RuneScape Wiki. Back then, I was just adding a couple bits of useful information to a few articles and using my knowledge to improve a few other pages too. I wasn't really that active on Wikia at the time, but I became active later next year in around May 2012 on the RuneScape Wiki. Eventually I quit the game RuneScape, and quit that Wiki. But that opened up a lot of spare time for me to be doing something else. (I did and still do go to their chat however).
I decided to use the time mainly on editing wikis.
After a recommendation in the RuneScape wiki chat, I joined the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic Wiki on 25 June 2012. I was active in that wiki chat for a while, being granted chat moderator rights on 8 August 2012. However I decided to expand outside of just the wiki chat, and started to edit the wiki actively. I started helping out with a lot of images and (re)uploading images to the wiki, to the point where I nominated myself for Image Control rights and got them on 12 September 2012. I did many edits, managed to succeed the editcount of most admins on that wiki currently in around 3 months than they did in a whole year.
I also was interested in editing another wiki which was the Answers Wiki. I joined the Answers Wiki on September 20, and did a mass of tagging pages for deletion. The Answers Wiki had few active admins, and lacked them. I bravely made my Request for Adminship about 2 weeks after joining, and it passed.
I was granted the rights on October 1.
In addition on that day, I decided to make a Request for Adminship on the MLP wiki too, and it also passed.
I was granted the rights on October 9.
Now, I am a recognized individual at both wikis who helps keep the wiki free from spammers and vandals, and help out with things if I can.
Recently I decided to join the Community Central chat, as well as sometimes monitoring the recent changes to help with things if I spot it.
I also have started to edit quite frequently on the Pokémon Wiki.
I find editing and improving things a wonderful pastime, as well as making great friends in the process. I have no doubt made many great friends on Wikia, as well as learning things along the way there, and hope to stay for a while now.
