Dragon boots are cheaper and have better stats. Dragon boots give +4 strength.

Other than that, Bandos boots give slightly better defense, but it generally isn't considered high enough to beat the dragons boots strength bonus. They're most commonly used in the god wars dungeon so Bandos's followers wont attack you.
